How to reset my Password?

SuperDapp prioritizes security through end-to-end encryption, which affects how password recovery works.

Important Information

Due to our encryption-based security:

• SuperDapp cannot reset your password
• If you lose your password without recovery options, your account is permanently inaccessible
• This is by design to protect your privacy

If You Know Your Current Password

You can change your password anytime:

• Go to Settings
• Select Security
• Click "Change Password"
• Enter your current password
• Enter your new password
• Confirm the new password
• Click Save

If You've Forgotten Your Password

With Recovery Email

• Go to the login screen
• Click "Forgot Password"
• Enter your email address
• Check your email for a security code
• Follow the recovery instructions

With Recovery Key

• Locate your saved recovery key
• Go to the login screen
• Select "Recover with Key"
• Enter your recovery key
• Set a new password

Without Recovery Options

Unfortunately, without a recovery email or recovery key, account recovery is not possible. This is a security feature to ensure only you can access your data.

Preventing Future Issues

• Set up a recovery email
• Save your recovery key in a secure location
• Use a password manager
• Enable 2FA for additional security
