How to delete my Account?

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA REMOVAL

Before proceeding with account deletion, please be aware of the following:

What Will Be Deleted

All personal data—including:

• Documents and files
• Contacts
• Messages and conversations
• Profile information
• Activity history

Irreversible Action

This process cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered by anyone, including SuperDapp support.

Prerequisites

Before you can delete your account:

1. Withdraw All Assets

• Transfer all cryptocurrency to an external wallet
• Withdraw any SUPR tokens
• Close any staking positions

2. Close Active Investments

• Exit all Super Group investments
• Withdraw available returns
• Wait for any pending transactions

3. Leave Super Groups

• Leave or transfer ownership of any groups you own
• Cancel any subscriptions

Deletion Steps

• Go to Settings
• Select "Account"
• Scroll to "Delete Account"
• Confirm your identity
• Review the deletion notice
• Type "DELETE" to confirm
• Click "Permanently Delete Account"

After Deletion

• You'll be logged out immediately
• Your data will be permanently removed
• You won't be able to recover your account
• You can create a new account with the same email (fresh start)

Alternative Options

Before deleting, consider:

• Temporarily deactivating instead
• Exporting your data first
• Contacting support if you have issues
